HELP. ideas?

there's a very noticeable rubbing noise definitely coming from the front right tire area only when i turn the steering wheel. It makes the noise whether I turn right or left. I've replaced the outer tie rods on the front, had wheels balanced, and did a front end alignment. Wheel bearings also seemed good. Another steering issue of my 92 mtx is that there is a little play in the steering when you turn right. screwed up gearbox? anyone have these same issues?

best bet is that your inner fender liner is loose and rubbing against tire

Frozen strut mount bearing? Makes a grinding or groaning when the wheel is turned. A dried out tie rod or balljoint would make a squealing noise. But you've replaced the outer tierod already.
