help, electrical problems

I have a few issues to deal with and this suddenly happened this afternoon at the same time btw. The windows will not work, the illumination to the eatc and the clock display do not work unless the headlight switch is turned on and the radio didn't work. I got the radio to work but that's it, the other problems are still there. Funny thing though is that when I turned the car off this morning (everything was working btw), it gave me a chime as soon as I opened the door and nothing was on and the key was out of the ignition. I haven't driven the car for a few weeks and the temperature has been very cold so could this have any effect?
