My SHO runs strong but the suspension is below par. I got stock everything for the suspension and want to upgrade. I dont need a total performance ride but a little bit better handeling would be nice. I also would like to lower the car a bit. Does anyone know of a good combination that wont make me completely broke.

i.e.

Moog/Monroes
Intrax/KYB

Need Help
Thanks

You will have to use the Tokicos or Konis with Eibach or Intrax springs, the Monroes or KYBs won't sufficiently damp the higher rate springs.

I recommend Eibach/Tokico, cut a half coil if it is still not low enough for you.

I have Eibachs and Konis on mine. It's got 225/60 tires on it, and I think it sits plenty low for a daily driven SHO. I think it looks pretty slick. It does however ride a bit rough at times, and the car rattles like you wouldn't believe. I think I've heard the Tokicos are a little more mild, so if I were to put a suspension on it, I'd go with the Eibachs and Tokicos.

As you can see in my sig I have Moogs/Monroe. I love the combo. I am never going to race my SHO I just wanted a lower stance and some better handling. I swear by the combo. And if you get a chance to ride in a car with the setup I think you will agree. It is stiffer than stock but still rides nice. Smooth down the expressway. The lower stance helps out in the corners as well. I went with bigger swaybars and strut tower braces. The car is stiff. Makes a good combo IMO.

I just got done putting moog and kyb's on mine. It handles better and the ride is just slightly stiffer than stock. If you want to lower it cut off one coil and you'll have 1/2 in. drop. I like em.

I put eibach and tokico's on it two weeks ago. Last week I put subframe connectors on it. I can't believe the difference, the struts and springs were good and felt stiffer and lowered the front visibly. The one true mod is the sfc, they make the car awesome I can't say enough about the connectors. A true sports car right with the big guys now!!
