help cam sensor code

I JUST REPLACED MY CAM 2 WEEKS AGO BECAUSE I WAS GETTING 214 CODE WELL THE CODE CAME BACK SO I THOUGHT I HAD A FAULTY SENSOR I JUST REPLACED IT AGAIN AND SURE ENOUGH CHECKED MY CODES 214 stored AGAIN EVERY TIME I ERASE THE CODE It comes back any ideas on what could cause this i am also getting a 335 code that comes and goes away any help would be apreciated

is your car running rough???
check your ground connections...the one that connects to the
intake and the fire wall on the left side,about where you would plug
your scaner into

ALL my grounds were on good is running rough so i swapped olt the iac from by friends 94 sho and seems to idle better and not so rough the code 214 still their though all the wiring looks great could this be a dummy light as for it running good time will tell it usually gose bad by the next day or two

There could be an open or short in the harness.

A problem with the DIS Module is also capable of generating a 214 code.

Had this happen to me as well. Once I replace the bad sensor, it seamed as tho the car was eating them. Reason: When I replace the sensor, one of the four connectors inside the plug on the harness had been pushed back and was not making contact with the sensors male ends. I fixed this and have had no problems since.

Well i ordered the dis it will be in tomarrow i hope this solves the probolem seems my sho is in one of those temper tantrums where it wants everything and if it dosent get it well you all know ..$$ .. its like having an extra woman around :nut: also i was wondering when you do the iac vave test with the battery is the valve supposta move or is it supposta make a noise like it did move

is it one of the tests preformed durring the KOER??
also i assume your running Bosch Plat. 4??
id say pull um out and look to see there not bad
there notorious for fouling on there cars

i did the jumper wire with key on car off the plat 4s are brand new like one week old and wires are also could they fowl out that quick

I REPLACED THE DIS rechecked my plugs and wires the car seemed to idle a bit better took it out for a drive the rough idle at a stop occured once again and stalled when i got home i ran my codes key on engine off i got 172,214 again car running i got the codes 172 167 225 the car is running like a dog i replaced plugs wires gaskets, cid sensor,egr pressure sensor, cleaned the nostrils, cleaned iab valve, replaced vaccum lines , checked all grounds and harnesses , new dis mod, any ideas what else to do or check
