Headlight won't turn off

My wife took my car on a business trip today, 350 ish miles round trip. Noticed tonight that the passenger headlight will not turn off. Any ideas? I wonder if this is related to the accident with the deer.

Well the car started just fine this morning however the passenger headlight is now out.

Maybe just a faulty ballast? Swap in the driverside one to check. Def would check insurance coverage.

Well considering it is still covered by the bumper to bumper either the Insurance will cover it if related to the accident or under the warranty. It goes to the shop tomorrow morning.

Dealership is replacing the headlight assembly under warranty.

Got the car back and the headlight is still out, took it back to them yesterday. Talked to them this morning and the ballast in the brand new headlight assembly is bad... Part might be here today if not it'll be Monday.
