headlight question

I know to adjust the headlights you screw and unscrew the small bolts on the front and rear of the light, but whats the easiet way to do it, i have a 1/4 inch drive Snap On set that goes down to 5mm and thats still too big. Any hints would be helpful, thanks guys!

4 mm I think. It is in the craftsman sets.

Yup, it's definitely a 4mm.
