Headlight aiming

How do you aim the headlights on a GEN II? Chilton's says that there is a kit, but I can't even find any mechanisms to change the pitch. Is it as simple as turning a few screws, somewhere?

Yeah, I had the same trouble. I forget the size, but if your looking down at the lights with the hood open, you see two sets of screw type adjustors. I can't get mine right, so good luck.

I tried one of those, but it just changed the horizontal, but not the vertical.
