Head Rests

How do you remove the headrests from the seats in my '92? I unscrew the black caps, but they are still stuck in the holes. What's the secret?

You have to push the upholstry down on the top of the seat untill you can see the metal frame, there is a metal clip (kinda like a big hair pin) on one side of the plastic threaded piece that you have pull out. Pull them both and the head rest will just slide out.
