head lights

I tried to adjust my headlights the other night but nothing on them changed. My driver light sends a little light straight but most goes up and to the left into oncoming traffic. I'm kinda confused cause I read too much stuff on bulbs and wattages and fog lights. I want brighter white bulbs and white fog lights that I can run at the same time(fog lights are KIA as of now). DO I need to re-wire w/heavier guage wire to both from some relay or some thing? AHHHHHH! I've confused myself again help!

As far as adjusting the headlights, there are three long screws that go into the head panel that you can adjust.

About the bulb wattages, do a search on that one thumb
