hard to shift

i need help im not real sure whats wrong but its hard to shift my tranny some days its ok but other days it takes ALOT of effort to get into gear! not real sure if its my tranny or clutch or I just dont know.

try changing/topping off the fluid before you spend the money on a clutch.
these transmissions like Mobil 1 ATF,its kinda expensive but it works great!

Try shifting through the gears without the engine running, if it shifts ok then, it is not your tranny. It would be your clutch. If it is still hard to shift, then trouble shoot the tranny, ie the fluild and such.
