Hard Button EATC Bulb X-reference

Does anybody know if there is a substitute for the F5VF-13B765-A Bulb.

I am having issues finding them locally and I was hoping to possibly upgrade them to LED's

I went to the Ford dealer and they sold me a F5VY-13B765-AA

One letter different than the EATC says. I love Ford and their ever changing part numbers.
