I'm doing the halfshafts and the timingbelt/crankshaft seal tomorrow - any tips on how to do this? My only worry is the crankshaft pully and the pulling out of the driveshafts - my question is what is a woodruff key and do I need to drain the tranny fluid before i pull the half shaft out? I'm familiar with the C-clip in the shaft, but unsure about the rest. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The woodruff key is a metal bar that is on the crankshaft. It just keeps the crankshaft pulley and timing belt gear from spinning on the crank.

For the axles you just take them out. Then refill the tranny when your done(there is a fill plug on the tranny when you sort of look at it from the front).

To replace the front main crcankshaft oil seal, you will have to do all the work for the timing belt change and then remove the crankshaft timing belt pulley. If you have a 3.0L engine (MTX), you can use the two, long timing belt cover bolts to pull the crank timing pulley, but if you have a 3.2L, you will have to buy an M6 x 80mm long bolt to go along with the one bolt you already have.

Since you have to remove the timing belt to do this, why not install a new one instead of replacing the old one? A new Gates T248 is only $34.77 from RockAuto.com.

To remove the axles from the transaxle case, you will have to separate the lower control arm's ball joint from the knuckle to allow the knuckle to move outboard. If you have an MTX, you will also have to remove the carrier bearing on the passenger side.

You really need to be using a shop manual to perform these jobs as there are more things you can do to that will cause damage than will solve your problems.
