Same for a supercharged motor, but the steps it takes to prepare a non- E-85 car/truck to run on it safely can be costly.
Yes, it works great for a supercharged motor as well, however, E85 spools turbos much quicker than gas. A supercharger doesn't see that benefit. It'll definitely let you increase boost and timing with either.
In the last month, I've converted 4 cars to E85 and all it took is a fuel pump, injectors, and a tune. For cars built in the last 20-25 years, everything else in the system is likely fine. People highly exaggerate the negative effects of E85 on here.
I think I converted my buddies WRX to E85 for about $200 after selling his stock injectors. The only other cost will be mine for tuning after he's completel gotten all the regular gas out.
As far as DI setups for E85... They'll come along.
