Grote Relay

I was talking to Kevinspann about upgrades I plan on doing soon to the SHO.

I mention Converting all exterior Lights to LED's and HID's to bring it more modern and a bit of a face lift.

Yes I know HID's are not great for our kind of lenses!

But he mentioned I need a Grote relay to convert my turn signals to LED's.

What on Earth Is a Grote Relay? Why do I need one? If I need one where do I get it?
