When at low speeds or in a lower gear and I'm turning hard left or hard right and give it gas I get a grinding sound. I visually checked the CV boots and there are no wears/rips etc.

Is this the drive joints or what? Since I first heard this I try not to duplicate the sound unless absolutely necessary to avoid major damage.

Please, any thoughts.

Well all that I could think of would be a wheel bearing. Currently my car is experiencing those same symptoms and that is what the problem is.

My worn front wheel bearings made themselves evident by schreeching during braking like worn out brake pads allowing metal to metal contact. This took 240,000 miles to experience.

The CV joints sound more like clicking or clacking during tight turns. Does the noise grind as you turn the steering wheel or as the wheels roll during throttle appplication?

It's more like a clicking sound and when the wheel is turned all the way say to the left and I go hard throttle is when it appears. Again is really at lower speed say under 25 and turning at a light or similar.
