Is this from your insurance company (I assume it is)?Yes , just confirmed that. It is for the car only. They also will reimburse my rental on top of that. They said they have a good salvage value because of the many year's of the Taurus not changing. As far as replacing it, not going too well trying to get one for 30k. Still waiting for you guys to find me one for your 2k commision.
There is no difference between the 13 and 19's except the little options, and well the PP and non-pp cars.I did exactly what SM105k is saying, got a 16 SHO with 28k for $24k at a dealer. Look around a bit they're out there for fairly cheap.
I got my 17 with 25k miles for $25k. I never would have considered one of the "new" 18s that had been sitting on the lot for over a year for anything north of $29k. I actually offered one $29k for one, the dealer got really sassy about it already being an amazing deal at $38k. Shockingly it's still sitting there, must not be that amazing deal they thought it was.
I bought a 19 sxt charger and while not as quiet, smooth or fast as my sho was, it's got way more of the fancy stuff that you never use. You sure notice the 60 hp difference and all that felt under the sho really works for noise. Maybe Ford will make a sporty sedan in future years then i will get one. I also will be moving South soon so awd will not be an issue. I keep telling myself, " at least I'm getting 23 mpg instead of 18." That's the only thing better about the Dodge.
Miss my SHO. This awd charger v6 needs a super charger bad! Should have got the 18 SHO when I had the chance. They shouldn't make a hot looking car with all that Scat Pac stuff and have such a pig for an engine. Super charger is 6200 bucks and added to the price of the car , far exeeds the SHO price.
