I have a slight misfire, not too bad but there is def. a pulsing sound to it. And in first gear and first gear only when I give it WOT it goes to 4100rpm and hits what sounds like a fuel cut, but just wont rev any farther. The tach pretty much stays at 4100rpm and just bounces like a rev limiter, but it definetely isnt the tranny slipping. If I let it shift to second and speed up a little, then give it WOT it will shift to 1st and run to redline just fine, like it always should. I have an o2 sensor out for the moment with a plug in the bung for it until I can get a new one. Is that what is causing the first gear problem? I can only think that it would be some kind of electronic nanny keeping it from going to redline in lieu of the missing o2 sensor. Can anyone help me?
