New member,2010 non pp. I installed tune 3 days ago. Lms 4+x, 93, 3-bar and a 160 t-stat. Wow! Big difference. Easy driving unless I ask for it then it really delivers a strong pull. I didn't test out the less aggressive tunes Anthony sent me. Those may never be used. This tune works great for normal driving even if wife and kids need to use the car. I was worried I would have to change tunes all the time. I'm leaving this one on the SHO. Thought I would be satisfied with just a tune but I am already dripping saliva on my cell phone when I look at meth injection and downpipes. It appears I came down with some kind of SHO mod bug. So I like the sound of the cleaning and cooling effects of a meth system. My spending is not without limitations. Need to pick one or other for next performance mod. Can I add meth injection without downpipes or do I need to add downpipes first.

Except for the need for a tune, meth injection is independent of every other mod. You can add other mods further down the road if you so desire, but you seem to have already gotten the biggies out of the way :)

Yes SHOdded, I realize a tune update will be required for meth injection. I understand Lms will do that if I purchase their system. I just didn't know if it was advisable to install downpipes first.

Learned more on this topic. This is the the way I understand after conversation with Livernois. I already have tune loader and running tune from them. I do not plan on switching tune shops. I must first install cai and a complete exaust upgrade from turbos back. Purchase and install Alky Control injection system. Livernois will then send me a meth tune. I thought I could get a tune for any cobination of mods in whatever order. When it comes to meth, there is a progression and order. At least with my chosen tune shop. I'm very happy with Livernois have no reason to take a different path. Now where's my check book?

We can tune for most all mod combinations that you can come up with. However, we don't want you to blindly throw parts at your car. We want you to gain education as you mod, and the reasons that you are adding the mods that you are purchasing. Adding meth injection to an otherwise stock car will result in next to no gains. The reason for that is your car cannot run cool enough, move enough air or take advantage of the higher octane, lambda and boost levels that are related to a meth tune. The outlined issues are the reasons why you need our 160° tstat, cai, turbo back exhaust and 3BAR MAP.

Thanks, you're the only vendor I know that doesn't want me to blindly throw my money at them. That's how I normally do it. I just thought it looked fun to install and start cleaning my engine. I will, for reasons stated above, upgrade cai and exaust first. That should make me and my lambda happy. Besides, I just got my 3-bar tune a few weeks ago. I should wait a little while before becoming a problem customer. Thanks again for the education and fine customer service. :)

Not a problem at all, and I totally understand where you're coming from. The best thing that you can do for your car's engine is to run the best available fueling, and stay on top of all of your fluid quality/levels.

When the time is right, we can do meth injection.

I'm afraid I've been bitten by the same bug, my friend! Just installed 160 TS, 3 bar MAP, Windstorm CAI, precision gapped plugs, and v10 91 octane tune (all LMS of course). Already budgeting for exhaust upgrades. First next mod is going to be Powerstop drilled and slotted rotors all around with carbon/ceramic pads. With all the new ponies and torque, need to help stopping this 2 tons of fun! Down the rabbit hole I go LOL!

Good idea to upgrade brakes. I did the same. More GO power needs more STOP power. Glad you are happy with you fresh tune and LMS service.:)
