Got a another engine over the weekend

Got aother engine over the weekend. The engine was a dealer replacement but the guy didn't know if it was new or a reman but it was replaced in Feb 07. I also got the transmission, 3 doors, trunklid, 4 wheels with tires, gauge cluster, gas tank with fuel pump, radio, amp, ecm, the engine also has all the accessaries on it. Everything is from a black sho like mine and it had 78k. Got it all for $1000 so I guess it was alright.

Good work, sounds like a pretty good deal for that much stuff. Hopefully it all works!

It should work, the guy guaranteed the engine to run, if it doesn't I can return it and get my money back.

I am going to be keeping the trans as a spare. Mine has already went out once.

i just did the same thing, except i got an entire car, with a tranny that just needs a rebuild for $150, im using it for parts
