Good Junkyards

Hey guys, I was wondering if you knew of any good junkyards around here with sho's in them. I looking in the yellow pages and searched online, but there are way too many. I called a bunch but either the number isn't correct or they say, no shos sorry.

I'm looking for a...bunch of parts. Sunroof console and switch, motor soon, and many more (in sig)

Welcome to AZ, DVJ38. Economy Auto on 35 Ave has two SHOs and U-Pull-it on Broadway has one. Sometimes on rainy days, Economy will have a half price day.

What part of town are you located?

I live in Avondale on 119th Ave. I go to school on 107th ave and pierce and I work on 51st ave and lower buckeye with FedEx. I am always driving around the valley to visit family though. 32nd St for one Aunt. Gilbert for another. Scottsdale for another. Then some family friends in Tempe. My grandma is in Mesa. I really don't mind the driving...as long as my car is working fairly good.

Thanks I'll have to give these places a call. But...when was the last time it rained?

Hey, if anyone wants to hit up a junkyard sometime soon let me know. I'm sure I'm not the only one who needs things.

I've been thinking about what I need, and it goes like this: Stock MAF, Sunroof console and switch, possible horns, rear swaybar endlinks, 96 sho front brake brackets or from a newer taurus with the correct part number on them for the 96 upgrade. when I do all my brakes and add the bias plugs I have.

The maf I've been thinking about boring out so I can use the stock electronics. My horn doesn't work and I'll be doing some diagnostics, my rear swaybar endlinks have never even been there and it sucks, and I'm doing the 96 front brake upgrade with new rotors and good pads, and I already have rear rotors, hawk pads, and rear bias plugs to put in at the same time.

Hey guys, first off I can get a student discount at these stores: bap import parts, autozone, carquest, hawkes discount radiator, napa, pep boys, discount tire, grainger industrial supply, asian auto parts of az, ecology auto parts, snap on tools, teos auto glass. It is only at specific locations though and I'm not sure what the discount is. I'D BE GLAD TO GET ANY PART OR TOOL OR ANYTHING YOU NEED FROM ANY OF THESE PLACES AT A DISCOUNT, just let me know! Also if you need a part, the student resource department at my school gets discounts from just about everywhere since they order so many parts, so tell me what you need and I can have them call around and within a day or two get you the part you're looking for for cheaper, sometimes much cheaper!

So on that list is ecology auto parts, located on 320 27th ave. Located between Buckeye and Van Buren I think. I called them and the lady said they had 5 tauruses between 92-95, but it didn't say if they were SHO's or not. They didn't have an inventory and said you just come and take what you want and pay for it. Is this the place you were talking about Tom?
