After replaceing a leaking radiator on my 94ATX, I would gladly do a 100K again over this. I thought it would be a 3-4 hour procedure, but it took me 7 hours. I did my 100K in less time. The old radiator came out pretty good but when I went to put in the new one, it kept getting hung up on the alternator. So I pulled the alternator for more working room. Has anyone used scotch tape to hold the radiator bracket clips in place? Maybe I have the honor of being the only forum memeber to use tape to help replace my radiator. Those damn clips move all over the place. And I found out after an hour of fighting the lower oil cooler line that one of the three connectors that came with the radiator($119 from Discountradiators.com delivered in 2 days) is a little smaller in diameter. And one more thing, make sure the CCRM has a tight connection, or your car won't start. Found this out the hard way but figured it out quickly.

I just replaced the radiator in my '94 MTX last weekend, and all went very smoothly (although i have a few less lines to contend with)... i'm sorry to hear you had so much trouble... however, you're not the only one to use a little tape during a rad installation... thumbs_u
