I will be installing (hopefully) the gen3 sf over the summer and was wondering has anybody done this with the sfc? And if so is it still a big differnce as it was with the original sf. I'm just trying to get all my parts together for the summer to install everything at once so whould i get the sfc?

Plus the car will have tokicos with intrax one coil cut up front, dont know if there will be a clearence issue.

The four main mounting points of the subframe are the same, hence the ability to swap between generations. The mounting point is what comes the closest to the sfc's so because they main mounting points are the same there is no interference.

Its hard for me to say, because I changed out every suspension component and other things at the same time. I'd say there's a difference.

the subframe connectors don't actually attach to the subframe... so you will be ok

they just connect two points of the body...... body stiffeners would be a better phrase for them instead of subframe connectors...

Wow really?? I always thought it connected the subframe to the body of the car.

Thanks 38sho really good info to know!!!

So then does it matter if its short or long sfc?

go with the long... there isnt really anything negative to having long connectors vs. the short ones... but the long ones stiffen the car up a bit better
