Gen III sunroof console in a Gen II?

My sunroof console has the usual busted light switch and the open / close switch is pretty tweaked too. I have found a Gen III parts car, and was wondering how well the sunroof console on it would work in my 95? It seems to be way too small, but I thought that I had better check before I pass on it. Thanks

I don't think it will cover the hole in the headliner if it's any smaller at all.
