Gen 3 SF bushing install. Which one is upper and which on is the lower.

Gen 3 rear SFB upgrade. Which one is up and which one is the lower?

The one with the hard metal plate that encases that section of the bushing goes against the are. The part that has the metal plate INSIDE the rubber goes on the bottom where the bolt head is at.

Thanks. Got them in. Best thing I ever did to it was get rid of the aluminum bushings.

I absolutely love my Gen 3 subframe bushings, sure they arent a full on gen 3 subframe swap, but the difference they made on my 92 was rather noticeable.

Totally. Yesterday was the first time driving it with the bushings on. The car is actually enjoyable to just cruise in again. NVH that comes with the aluminum bushings isn't worth it.

That is exactly the conclusion I came to after installing al sfb in one of the cars I had.
