ok, if you just painting it black and making clear lense, I would suggest trying HID/Xenon in there. But what I am going to do is put projectors in, where yellow bulb goes and put yellow LEDs around it. As for actual low beam, I'm still thinking.

I've talked to 2 machine shops ane they told me that they could make almost any lense. I would just make them polish my stock to make it absolutely clear.

Can you post some pictures of how you are fastening the GTS cover to the headlight housing?

He didn't actually do the retrofit himself. He had http://hidillusionz.com/html/ do them. I have been working on sanding the flutes out of my stock lenses for a while now. I have them completely gone and am now working more on the cloudyness of the lens, working my way up through different grades sand paper.

To handle the coilovers you definitely need a set of koni's. Stock strut mounts will last for a little while but your best bet is to go with adjustable mounts along with the SHOsource articulating mounts for the front. I currently have stock front and rear mounts as I just threw the coilovers in last summer to see if I liked them before I invested $300-400 in front mounts. Next week I'm planning to order up my front mounts and swap them in before spring.

Oh, and I forgot... since the subframe is about 2 1/2-3" off the ground, driveways are an absolute pain.

not bad at all. I'll call machine shop sometime this week about doing something to have clear lense. I may have to go there and see what they have to offer and how much. Maybe some of us would want it done and that would help us save some.
