gen 2 ground effect rails

ok looking for the ground effect metal strip that holds the ground effect in place on a gen 2, i dont care if its slightly rusty or something but i want it to be something that can be cleaned up with ease and painted..

pictures please or im not accepting the offer i got screwed before by taking someones word...

i had some confusion so im gonna try and clear things up some..
the metal rail i am talking about is the one that is attached to the rocker panel and it roughly the length of both front and back doors on each side...
