I was wondering if it is at all possible to put the bumper from a gen 2 on a gen 1. I love the way that the gen 2 front ends look but I want to keep my 89 so I was wondering if I could have both. I know I'll probably have to swap over head lights and fenders too but my fenders are in rough shape and need replacing anyways.

I think ive seen it done on a car that was for sale on ebay.

You do what you want, just that the body kits intermeshed in my opinion won't look all that hot.

I'm a gen two owner but i have to admit the gen ones do have the better body kits especially noticeable when the car is lowered with some nice rims, the side skirts look killer. :thumb:

Word. The headlights are brighter too, but they're ugly.

Is it possible to use gen II headlights on a Gen I bumper I wonder?
