Gen 1 mocha on 41/45

Just went past a mocha gen 1 sitting on the road... Looked like it had some wheel issues, it was sitting funny and there was a tag on it.. Also had a gauge pod. From a quick glance going past it did not look to be in to bad of shape. Anyone on here?

It was a bit past Woodmans and a little before Cabelas
