Gen 1 Headliner Removal

Hey all,

I took out my really nasty headliner awhile back but when I did i broke it in half, I was wondering if anyone had removed one without damaging it? (without removing the windshield?)

Swapped mine out this past summer. I had all three seats out, which made it real easy - slid the old out through the rear door, and the replacement went right in the same way.
