Gen 1 door: ground effects

These are held on by the plastic pins in the metal strips. They go through the door using a little plastic grommet.

Is there a suitable replacement available for this grommet?

I have never found the grommets when I needed them. What I have found lateley is that Lowes has a lot of automotive fasteners in their hardware section (in horizontal metal, pull out trays) in the same place they have their stainless and metric fasteners.
It is worth a try.
