All an accumulator does is holds a small amount of pressure for cold start and then the pressure is gone. Also can help from vapor lock but no issues on these future mobiles. It would help on a 60s cars. Not no 0whateveryear it is mobile.
A surge tank can be used if the the hpfp is running dry before the lpfp is for E30

Are you talking surge tank?

I visited this idea a few years ago before I started the dual pump LPFP and the 525 LPFP...it would be way to difficult to effectively control the system.

The returnless PWM system is very precise and finicky. You'd have to integrate those surge tank pumps into the PWM system. But to drive 2 or 3 surge tank pumps requires a lot of power...and we are talking PWM power. A good solid state relay can work, but the resolution isn't really that great on SSRs rhat are affordable...it will quickly become a very complicated system...
