Gas is leaking at fuel rail valve stem

Okay so I put the gasket back I left out in on my top manifold and the idling issue of revving up and down is gone. However, I believe my issue may be injector related. I cleaned them and noticed a couple pintile caps were cracked. I should have checked them and didn't. Car is acting like it's getting to much gas or not enough. I could be totally wrong. Thoughts????

Well your fuel pressure regulator, round thing in the fuel line, controls pressure to the rails. So if there was too much or too little pressure check there first.
However, it looks like your only problem right now is the leak. I can't tell but it looks like its leaking out the bottom. If out the bottom you may need to find some teflon paste to put on the treads. If out the top, you may just need to replace the stem.
You'd get buckling or misfires because that port is beyond the regulator and is another pressure drop. Once you get the leak fixed, I'd recommend you get a fuel pressure kit and check the pressure going to the injectors.
You probably don't have to worry about cracks in the injectors too much, unless they are bad enough to allow unmetered air in. The fuel will naturally want to go the direction of the pistons.

Should be repair kits available for the Schrader valve just like they have for tire stems and AC pressure ports.

One crack is where the cap meets the spray head and then runs from there up the side to where the pentile cap ends. The ring of the red pintle cap broke off now in a couple places during reentry and is allowing the head to move at about a 30° angle. I pulled the suspect injector.

Looks like that injector pressure tester kit I've been wanting to get is now a necessity along with new injectors as buying one is silly. It's definitely leaking up and out of where the stem screws in, and I can't thank you enough for chiming in pretty quick. Brainstorming with more experience always makes for better decisions. So glad I found this group of enthusiasts!

Stem acquired, and installed. Unfortunately I am stuck on hold until injectors arrive to fix the remainder of the problem, but this is now one less to worry about.

Wasn't impressed with the o ring on the one from Autozone, but I'm sure it will hold to get the ones you mentioned. Will take the leaky one into match it. Actually do have an appliance parts warehouse close to home. What's that old commercial? *The more you know* Thank you for adding to the post.
