Why do I do this to myself?
Just thought I would post a link to a new set of gage faces. I sent in this cluster to SH Auto Trends because I saw a Gen III set and wanted a Gen II set. He made the set and now sells the faces. I also scraped the white paint off the back of the needles and painted them red; using the 168 size bulbs in the cluster helped a lot too. If there is enough interest, a group rate might be available. These work the same as the Cincy SHO faces, non-powered, using the stock bulbs. I like these because of the simple design and the numbers on the water temp, which seem to be fairly accurate.
