fuse for speedometer light keeps blowing. help help

I have blown at least 10 fuses. It is a 15 fuse, top left of the fuse box near the clutch pedal, and i don't know how to fix this problem. I dont have a multimeter, i don't even know what usually causes this. can anyone explain to me how to fix this?

I assume it blows upon turning the lights on or does it take a second?

i've got the same problem. havent looked into it much
