One will be just off the battery positive battery terminal at the post. It supplies the IRCM.

There will be several more attached to the positive cable post at the starter relay.

They are nothing more than a smaller guage wire (with special insulation) that has been spliced into the circuit. The insulation is supposed to bubble or distort when the wire overheats and blows, but it doesn't always do so.

With the in line fuses you can get now I would never replace a fuse link wire but insert a **** fuse holder instead.

I finally figured out where the problem was and fixed it...it turns out that if the fuible link for the fan goes, it takes out the fuel pump circuit also...

thanks all you guys for all the help...
