What tells the fuel pump to stop after 2 sec when starting car. My 1993 sho FP stays on

Thank you for responding. So if I have all pwr inputs and good grounds to pcm does that mean a bad pcm?

If this is the same car you've had all the other problems on, I'd say it's very probable.

Might be a relay stuck in the CCRM. Try whacking it, or a replacement.
