I believe it is in the Constat Control Relay Module. The black box on the drivers side of the radiator. Unfortunately this would be an internal relay. Wire #12 on the bottom of the connector and on the end is the relay power wire. It is a black and orange wire.

Wire #5 pink and black is the fuel pump power wire. Wire #18 light blue and orange is the fuel pump ground.

If the internal relay is bad you could jury rig an external relay in place using the fuel pump wire #5. Trigger it by the igniton wire that is hot in run and start.

Thanks for the replies, I also got code 543 (O) Fuel pump monitor circuit shows no power - Power / Fuel Pump Circuits
Could this be the relay or the fuel pump itself. The fuel pump whines alot at idle and cuts out alot in daily driving.
Thanks, Toby

Noise and/or cutting out are indicative of a bad fuel pump. Good Luck!

This test seems to measure the output line of the fuel pump relay from the CCRM to the fuel pump.

You can manually check this line with either a voltmeter or a test lamp at pin 5 on the ouput connector as described above. You should have battery voltage there whenever the fuel pump is supposed to be on.
