My problem mentioned earlier under weird problem is slowly coming back. Is there a fuel pump relay somewhere that could possibly be causing the pump to lose pressure intermitently, or should I look at the pump itself? Replacing the fuel filter fixed the problem for 4 days, now it seems to be slowly coming back.

Have you done a pressure test on the fuel pump? Yes, there is a fuel pump relay located in the IRCM (Integrated Relay Control Module or CCRM in later model years). It is a block of relays located under the plastic cover over the radiator. It is replaced as a unit, but some have replaced single relays in the module. A drop in fuel pressure would not be a relay problem, but rather a failing pump or its regulator. Replace the pump and the regulator as a unit if either or both have failed.
