i am fairly certain that the ircm is my problem, but i havent bought another one yet...ford is very proud of their product, if u know wat i mean lol...

once again thanks for all the input, at least the input that was "on subject"!!!

My problem ended up being a bad connection where the fusable links connect to the solenoid. ...and then the SECOND time I had the engine out on the same car, it was a ground at the battery that was hidden between the headlight and header panel that I had missed. WHOOPS...
