Not sure if this is the right place to post this, and if it isn't, please move it. When I got home from work today, I walked to the back of my car with it running and I can hear the fuel pump. It kinda sounds like an older GM truck or SUV, where you can always hear the fuel pump even when they're working fine. Is this a sign that my fuel pump is about to say game over? It doesn't stall or surge, still has power and doesn't cut off in upper RPM's. If it is going, how much time do you think I have before I'm on the side of the road? I researched the method on here about replacing it and it doesn't seem too bad. Thanks for any help. Its greatly appreciated.
