Ok, so here's my issue.
It was a slurry of junk until minutes ago.

Now, my fuel pump isn't turning on.
CEL code 556.
Works when hotwired strait to the battery.

2nd issue.
Radiator fan seized. Melted the wires connected to it.
Replaced with a new fan and plug.
Doesn't work.

Both issues are CCRM I assume?

So when I pull CEL codes, I get 543 and 524.
But here's an interesting bit, I got a new ccrm but am afraid to put it in. Here's why.
I have a direct line from fuel pump to fuse to positive battery.
Works fine... UNTIL, I try and turn on the heater (usually how I get my radiator fan to spin), it blows the fuse. Both 10 and 15 amp.

What I'm worried about is, I just replace the fan because the last one sized and melted the 2 inches of wire leading to it. What I'm worried about is it melted the wire farther up the harness
