fuel pressure regulator leaking

My fuel pressure regulator is SOMETIMES leaking from that little rubber dimple on top. It started after doing some 60k work. I think I might have hit that dimple with the intake or something. I'm thinking I should replace it so I don't end up with a fire. Any thoughts on fixes?

Yea. They are this stupid little piece, and the list is around 90$ from Ford. Maybe there is a better source like Ford Parts Network?

Mine is leaking too. Does anyone have detailed instructions for replaing it? I have a 1995 SHO 3.2L. Auot Zone carries it for about $70 but then you still pay shiopping because they have to order it.
