I have a 93 atx. I have to crank it over three times for it to start. I replaced the camshaft position sensor and that did not help. If I turn the key on/off twice for two seconds without engaging starter it fires right up on third attemp. Fuel pump was replaced by dealer at 86K and now have 134K. Is there something else I should replace? Sho runs strong no hesitation just the starting thing.

Sounds like a fuel pump problem to me. I know it's been replaced, but that sounds like the culprit.

I had the 60K done. I currently have 138k but had new plugs/wires and valves adjusted at 110k. The car runs and accelerates smoothly it just the hard start. If the fuel pump is going out would it just die since it is electric. Would it idle kind of rough if it was going out or if the pressure was leaking. Are there any filters I should replace ? I am the original owner and really never have had a problem with my Sho. Has been in the dealer shop for most of its tuneups. Only major thing was a fuel pump and water pump replacement .

Until you actually measure the fuel pressure at the fuel rail, how do you know the starting problem is actually related to the fuel pump?

Rent an AutoZone fuel pump kit. You can actually check the pressure right there in the lot, then walk back in for your rental deposit refund.
