Is the SLO front knuckles the same as the SHO. I'm looking for replacements for my 91 and am wondering what year SLO's to look at or if I need to turn to SHO's. Also the date my car was made was 5/91, ty.

I don't know about SHO vs. SLO, but if you ever intend on doing the 96+ brake upgrade I'd go for some 94-95 knuckles.

SLO and SHO is the same except for the ABS sensor, so just find SLOs with ABS and you will be fine.

It is but I just the the announcement a kids on the way and I just spent $110 to have 1 wheel bearing done that a machine shop messed up. So don't really wanna drop more cash into it, but ty for the answers.

Also I would assume this would be any SLO with ABS from 86 - 93 thats front knuckles would work?

If you're gonna be getting knuckles sometime, there's no reason not to get them from a 94 or 95. I'd skip the other years. It's not like they're going to cost you much, if anything, more than 86-93 knuckles.

He will still need to buy new rotors and pads(your'e not going to use JY parts there), and the calipers from the JY, if he does buy the 94-95 knuckles.

Or any Sable. Both the sedans and wagons of Taurus and Sables have the same front brakes. Just keep the same style, 86-93, and look for ABS.
Of course, we are assuming no previous owner already upgraded your front brakes. The rotors do measure just a bit over 10" , correct?
By the way, the very early front hubs, like 86-89 should be avoided,I think the step the rotor sits on is a smaller size. Anybody remember for sure?
