o man! is anyone racing there SHO??? I was there like 1/2 a month ago and there was a kid with a 1st gen. He said it was a 3.2 w/ 3.0 cams and it had nitrous. He said he can run high 13's. So i waited an hour for him to run and he ran a 15.7 He said he was on SHOforum and then got kiked off.

It aparently seems to be a heat issue. I was at Epping this past Friday and got 6 runs in, but during the second I could detect some slippage and on the 3rd I had to coast after 2nd gear. Gave the clutch an hour to cool down and it was good for another 2 runs, but slipped on its 3rd. Since I'm only around for a couple more weeks I find it pointless to purchase another clutch since this one will probably seize while in storage. Has a 42main, 28 fuel jets good for a 90-95hp (flywheel) increase, equalling about 370-380 flywheel horsepower. Off the juice the clutch grabs well, barking 2nd anytime you ask it to and 3rd occasionally also. It's just an issue of too much juice for the clutch to handle. Best run of Friday was a 14.1 @ 103, 2.6 60ft
