OK well maybe third time will be a charm. I took the whole pump back off to find one of the O-rings on the tube was broke. so i replaced it and put it all back together. Now its leaking more than it was before. How hard is it to take that tube out and replace the o-ring on the other side? More importantly how hard is it to get it back in the thermostat side of the motor?

Piece of cake.

**** it up with wheel bearing grease before inserting it into thermostat housing.
Also **** up the waterpump side of the tube AND the waterpump to block o-ring.

CLEAN wheel bearing grease is your friend.
