I just got forscan and enabled the AWD info in my dash. Next I would like to enable the TPMS that provides per tire air pressure info but all I see is TPMS enabled which I already have. Has anyone enabled the per tire TPMS on their Taurus? I have 2015 model. Maybe it was not supported in that year.

The AWD gauge is the only thing I could add with Forscan.

I'd love it if the dash would always display which gear it is in (like when using the paddle shifters).

I had a new MKZ as a loaner and the temp came up on the screen with a round meter like the volume when you changed it. Anyone get this to work?

Always showing gear maybe possible I did something to make the car think It was an explorer and it showed the gear changes always but it had a 4x4 error Everytime I started the car

I suspect it might not be that simple. If a tune enables it, there's nothing Forscan can twiddle in the IPC (Instrument Panel Cluster) that would turn it on. I'm theorizing that the PCM has to send that data to the IPC, and the IPC just displays it if it's available.

A tune, as far as I know, flashes only the PCM.

What would be interesting is to find out if another custom module or application could send that data on the CAN bus and have it displayed.

I agree the IPC can only display what is available to it. I do not know if the current gear is always available or not. I haven't done a lot with forscan but when I have chance I will play around and see what I can find in the IPC and also what others modules re available to change. I think I will reach out to Matt and see if he can get it done in the tune.

This weekend I am going to enable the PP steering and probably the DRLs.

It truly is an easy to enable this.....

Get a AJP Tune and ask Brad to enable it. Problem solved!
