Forscan Assistance

Anyone in the North Louisiana/ East Texas/Dallas area have Forscan experience, and would be willing to perform some mods for me? I am somewhat computer illiterate when it comes to stuff like this. I would like to get rid of the double horn honk and a couple of others items changed, before I get the car tuned.

If you don't find any other options, there are some sites that sell off-the-shelf fixes. They are OBD plugins that do the reprogramming. It is not cheap (I think on the $100 scale per mod).
