Hey all,
I recently found out that I'm actually able to do a SYNC update on my 2010 SHO. Really the only reason why I want to get this update done so bad is so instead of "Nluetooth media stream", it will actually show me the song information.
However, the problem I've had the past 3 weeks is I can't download the download needed. The bigger problem, is not only am I not able to download the download; the dealers can't either. I've chatted with Ford in the chat numerous times on if there's a resolution available. Literally their response is, we are aware of the issue, but we have no ETA on when it will be available. We encourage customers to check back every few days. This is complete ******** of Ford to blow something off that should be a very quick fix. The download button is right in my f-ing face! It's just grayed out and does nothing when you click on it.
Does anyone already have the file downloaded / have any advice for me on how I can get this update and or just change the bluetooth media stream to show song information? Any advice, or just your feedback on this issue is appreciated!
