Have ad my 95 ATX for about a month and have been trying to find the last owner to see if he took care of it.
Is there a way to find out what has been worked on by ford?
I have noticed that the engine looks new in the car for having 140k on it.Also I noticed that it has a new alterator and water pump on it. Does the 100k check call for the water pump to be changed at the same time as the belts if ford does it.
The engine does run very well to have 140k on it.Does worry me not knowing if the valves have been checked or not.
I guess all the hard luck stories I have read on here have made me not want to drive my car anywhere but close to my house.Im afraid it will make me walk.lol

About the only thing you could get from Ford (if you find a dealer willing to go onto the computer and do it for you) is the WARRANTY repair history. Unfortunately, that won't tell you if the car has ever even had an oil change. If you could find out where it was serviced, then you could get all the info from the dealer (if they are willing to help you out).

Good Luck.
